Our Policy and Guidlines
During these very uncertain times, we would like to assure you we are working within Goverment Guidelines and conforming to the strictest messures to prevent spread or contamination within Thomas' Professional Dog Grooming
We will back open from the 12th April 2021.
As with the rest of the country we have Covid-19 Procedures
in place.

All of us have undergone Covid-19 Training

Face Mask and Gloves will be warn without fail by staff

A safe area has been provided to enable a contact-free, safe drop off and pick up service

As we already do a 1-2-1 basis with our grooming, this will continue as normal so there will be no contact from other clients while you attend or other pets from different households while we groom yours

Hand Sanitising station has been set up for all visitors and a separate one for staff

If you are unable to come to us we will still operate our pick up and drop off service if you require with STRICT
It may seem like a list of do’s or don’t but as a society we are doing this anyway but want to ensure you will are also taking this seriously.
